  • On the 20th of March 2014, Atrium successfully opened its largest greenfield project, Atrium Felicity Shopping Centre in Lublin, Poland, welcoming over 67,000 visitors on its opening day
  • With over 350,000 inhabitants, Lublin is the capital of the Lublin Voivodeship province and is the largest Polish city east of the Vistula River
  • Atrium Felicity’s catchment area of around 470,000 people extends to not only Lublin, but also nearby cities including Chelm and Zamosc
  • Atrium Felicity is Lublin’s largest and most modern retail and leisure centre

Key figures:
  • Atrium Felicity has a GLA of 75,000 m² and hosts 120 new shops, as well as a comprehensive leisure offering with 15 cafes and restaurants, as well as free wi-fi
  • The centre is anchored by a 20,000 m² Auchan hypermarket, a 12,600 m² Leroy Merlin DIY superstore, a 3,500 m² Saturn electronics store and will host a 9-screen Cinema City complex, the first in Lublin and the 2nd in Poland to offer the new 4D experience
  • The extensive fashion offer includes many strong international brands – H&M, Inditex brands (Zara, Bershka, Stradivarius, Pull & Bear, Massimo Dutti), C&A, LPP Group brands (Reserved, Mohito, Sinsay, Cropp, House, Home&You). Atrium Felicity was also chosen as the location for the first Lublin stores by several retailers, including Tommy Hilfiger and New Yorker
  • Parking spaces are available for around 3,100 cars
  • The centre has been designed and constructed in line with the up-to-date standards of efficiency and sustainability, and an application has been made for a BREEAM rating
