Shopping Centre Futurum
Shopping centre in Brno with good road access. The projects consists
of a shopping mall with approximately 70 shops. The tenant mix is
optimal amended by a large hypermarket on the same area, which is
in the ownership of Carrefour.
Shopping Centre "Family Center"
Large „Interspar“ hypermarket, which will now be extended by a smaller
shopping mall and a do-it-yourself-market. Following the completion
of the second stage the project in Stare Mesto will be one of the
typical „Family Center“, a smaller shopping centre, which Atrium European Real Estate owns in the Czech Republic and Hungary.
Shopping Centre "Eurocenter Obuda"
The shopping centre „Eurocenter Obuda“ in Budapest was one of the
first larger projects of Atrium European Real Estate. The centre is leased
on long-term contract basis to Spar group as anchor tenant with
a large Interspar hypermarket. The tenant mix is amended by approximately
70 additional local and international companies.
Shopping Centre "Family Center"
Typical retail parks located at the boarder of the city with 2 anchor
tenants and a small shopping mall. The investment value for the
both centres in Budapest and Szombathely amounted to 30 million
Euro.
Shopping Centre "Plejada"
The shopping centre „Plejada“ in Bytom, a city with 200,000 inhabitants
in the South-western part of Poland has been acquired in a portfolio
with 2 other shopping centres. The total value of the portfolio
amounts to 200 million Euro.
Shopping Centre "Reduta"
„Reduta“ is a 30,000m² large shopping centre with igood road access.
The centre has been acquired together with 2 other shopping centres
in Poland in Summer 2005.
Shopping Centre "Targowek"
The shopping centre „Targowek“ in Warsaw belongs to a portfolio
of 3 shopping centres with a total value of 200 million Euro, which
Atrium European Real Estate has taken over in Summer 2005.
Shopping Centre "Copernicus"
„Galeria Copernicus“ in Torun, a regional hub with 200.000 inhabitants
250 km North-western of Warsaw, was one of the first development
projects of Atrium European Real Estate. The investment value for the shopping
centre, which has been opened in November 205, amounted to approximately
50 million Euro.
Shopping Centre "Parkhouse"
Atrium European Real Estate has acquired the 80 million Euro shopping centre
in March 2005, where the project was still under development. The
opening was in August 2005. The centre, which is the only modern
shopping city of the hub of one million inhabitants, was fully occupied
from the first day.
Shopping Centre "Parkhouse"
The shopping centre „Parkhouse Wolgograd“ was Atrium European Real Estate’s
first investment in Russia in Autumn 2004. The shopping centre has
a good road access and is the only modern shopping city of the hub
of one million inhabitants. These advantages form the background
for the excellent market position of the centre.
Retail Park "Militarii Center"
The retail park in central location of Bukarest is the only investment
of Atrium European Real Estate in Romania at present. In addition to the
current letable area the project includes a land plot of 140,000m²
for further expansion.
Shopping Centre "Optima"
Shoping centre in Kosice, the second largest city of Slovakia, that
has been acquired by Atrium European Real Estate in Autumn 2004. The centre
which has a letable area of more than 30,000m², is leased to Ahold
as anchor tenant and additional 80 companies on a long-term contract
basis.
