The Company has been listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange (ATR) since 2002 and as of September 2008 was capitalised at approximately EUR 1.5 billion.

In 1997 the Company owned 60 supermarkets in the Czech Republic and Hungary with a total value of approximately EUR 60 million.

By mid of 2008 Atrium was active in 11 countries in Central and Eastern Europe, South-eastern Europe and Russia and the portfolio included 160 properties with a total market value of more than EUR 2 billion. In addition the Company has a significant portfolio of development projects and has established a land bank of over 1.9 million sqm for potential future development.
