Atrium owns 26 properties, all managed internally with one exception, with a total gross leasable area of approximately 800,000 sqm GLA and a total market value of approximately €2.5 billion.
The income-producing properties are predominantly located in Poland and the Czech Republic (85% of the total market value of Atrium's portfolio). Atrium’s effectiveness and efficiency in managing its shopping centres is reflected in the high occupancy (93%) and operating margin (over 90%).
